Our last day

Where's Grant??

Every year I search for a deal at the outlets - once again I found one.

We had a great time at the beach with our family. The kids did not want to come home - but once home they were excited to be back in their own beds.

We need a Lifeguard

Oh the excitement we have on our family vacations. Josh - Aunt Virginia's boyfriend and Michael were trying out some new surf board when Josh got hurt. As you can tell they over reacted more than they needed too. Josh was fine - more upset that we called the lifeguard over for a little "bleed" than anything!

After a quick clean up from our friendly lifeguard we were back to having some fun - at the pool not on the boards!

But not before we did our daily wave to Grandma and Grandpa.

Let the Fun Begin

We started our day off with a little family church service by Grandpa. Michael played some music while some of us tried to remember the words to "Blessed Be Your Name".

We spent most of the day at the beach and the pool. Quin made it down and seemed to enjoy the sand. Grant went nuts ridding the waves while Marah and I made sand castles and collected shells for her new sea shell collection.
After dinner tonight we went over and walked around Barefoot Landing and Grant decided that he wanted to spend some of his vacation money on the rock climbing wall. He got half way up and decided that was high enough for him and headed back down. $5 well spent! Then he tried to convinced us he wanted to do the bungee trampoline - We decided that he was not ready for that - if he could not climb the wall we were not spending $20 for him to chicken out of the bungee jump.

Fun in the Sun

We arrived in Myrtle Beach around Noon on Saturday. The kids just could not wait to get the condo and then off to the beach. Once we unpacked we got to spend some time at the beach before we headed out to dinner - "Real Italian Real Fast" - Fazoli's that is.

Here are a few photos of our first day at the beach.
